Ally asks, "How different do you think the Gallagher Girl books would be if they were told from Bex, Liz, or Macey's point of view?"

I think they would be really different. Because Cammie is "the Chameleon," she's pretty omniscient, which makes her a perfect narrator. I think that if the books were from Bex, Liz, or Macey's perspective, the narration would be a lot more limited and there would be some big gaps in the story.
It would definitely be different if Bex, Liz, or Macey was the narrator. they've all got such different personalities, and that would shine through in their narrations of the stories. For Bex and Liz, I guess I'd like to see CMH in their POVs to see what they felt about the guys and how they were coping with it. And with Macey, I'd definitely like to see LYKY in her POV since that's when she just joined Gallagher, and a lot must have been going on with her, with how surreal everything must have seemed, and how she became friends with the others.
I want to read the series from Joe Solomon's pov, or Zach! Or how about Cammie's mom?
I think that each book would be different. We only see Cammie's POV and her opinions, just her thoughts and feelings. If the books were from Bex's or Macey's POV, we'd read about what they think and they're opinions. I would love to see LYKY from Bex's POV, and DJGC from Macey's POV.
Lorie Ann, yes! A book from Zach's POV would be terrific :D
They would be quite different. Some characters would have a more serious tone while others would be funnier, and the narrative would reflect the person's perspective, opinions, and interests.
I think Macey would dig Ellen Emerson White's books about the president's daughter, which we featured here at readergirlz in November 2008!
I second - rather, third - the nomination for a Zach POV book.
...and Ally, if you didn't/don't have the time, opportunity, or inclination to write from a male POV, ask Christopher Golden or Tom Sniegoski. They NAIL action-adventure thrillers while always, always including a lot of heart and character growth.
