readergirlz is a literacy and social media project for teens, awarded the National Book Foundation's Innovations in Reading Prize. The rgz blog serves as a depot for news and YA reviews from industry professionals and teens. October: Do you believe in the soul?












Laini says, "In each story the soul is a real, physical thing that can be stolen, restored, smashed to smithereens, cleansed by fire, and otherwise manhandled. Do you believe in the soul?"

I believe in the soul to the extend that I really WANT to believe in the soul, and some days I'm better at convincing myself of it than others. Right now...yes, sort of.
