March: Are your parents ever overprotective?

Leviathan author Scott Westerfeld asks, "Have you ever felt, like Alek, that your parents have tried to protect you too much?"

Always... They don't realize I'm old enough to make decisions. No life altering choices obviously, but little things like a choice on which movie we watch, or hanging out with my friends. (I mean God forbid, I'm hanging out with boys!! *gasp* )
Heck yeah, they're like that! It's mostly annoying, but I also like that about them. :)
Love, Hannah

Thanks, Hannah!

My parents were not so overprotective. They were careful, but they really relied on me to decide what was safe and best for me.

I think this question got buried in the stream. I hope others find it! It's a good one.
