Celebrating Books From and About the Philippines

Many thanks to Tarie from Into the Wardrobe for the heads-up about the updates at PaperTigers.org. We've linked to PaperTigers here at the readergirlz blog before, and I'm always glad to point folks back there again. PaperTigers, in their own words, "embraces multicultural books from or about anywhere in the world, with a particular focus on the Pacific Rim and South Asia." Throughout October and November, they are spotlighting children's literature from and about the Philippines -- Check it out!
