First Families
Since Long May She Reign, our featured book this month, is one about a first daughter, I thought it would be fun to post some photos of our recent (and future) first families. Imagine how hard it must be growing up in the White House, especially if they catch you in your awkward years. At least none of these girls have had quite the adventures that Meg Powers has! Are you reading, readergirlz?

It's been a while since there have been boys running around the White House. The Reagan and George + Barbara Bush kids were all grown up, and Jimmy Carter just had Amy.

Awww. The Obamas are a such a nice-looking family.
The future first family looks amazing. Trying to visit from the comment challenge, which was kind of difficult when the only choice is from a google/blogger account.
