Harmonic Feedback: What's the biggest risk you've taken for love?

In Harmonic Feedback, Drea reaches out to Justin even though she's afraid that, when he gets to know her and learns the truth about her diagnosis, he'll reject her for not being "normal." I think this is something we can all relate to, "normal" or not (and what does "normal" mean, anyway?!), which is why it's so satisfying to see Drea challenge herself and learn to make connections.

So, readergirlz, what we want to know is: what's the biggest risk you've ever taken for love?

The biggest risk I ever took was deciding to be in a relationship with someone quite a bit older than I am. A lot of people didn't get it. I lost friends. Now, I don't even think about it any more. I believe that for some people, an age difference does not prevent a deep connection. It might not be right for everyone, but it turned out right for me.

That's a good one to use as an example! Age is so relative, and it's one of those things that means less as time goes on. When we were in our early twenties, my good friend started dating someone in his mid-thirties. At the time he seemed ANCIENT. Now we don't even notice.

I traveled to the other side of the world for my love!

I always shied away from dating guys my friends didn't approve of, and I WISH I hadn't done that. So I guess I regret a couple of the risks I didn't take for love.
