Our March featured read, Leviathan, is also out in audio book! It's narrated by Alan Cumming (left), who was Fegan Floop in the Spy Kids movies and Nightcrawler in the X-Men films.

I can't think of a better narrator for Leviathan. How cool!
So very cool.
I associate Alan Cumming with Mr. Elton in Emma (Gwyneth Paltrow version).
I appreciate really good audio book readers.
PERFECT!!!
I was totally thrilled when I heard that Alan Cumming was going to read Leviathan. For one thing, he's Scottish, and Deryn's Scottish wordplay is a big part of the voice of the series. Also, his famous part in Cabaret, the MC, used a German accent, so I knew he could do Alek and his Austrian helpers as well.
And best of all, i got to hang out in the studio and have lunch with Alan. I have proof:

He is the perfect reader for Leviathan, for sure. I agree Jen - I always think Mr. Elton when I see Alan Cumming. He was perfect in that role too.
That is so cool, Scott! Excellent post with your pic. I definitely like his hair black best. :~)
