Enna, I agree, sometimes we take on identities with different groups - I'm the faithful one for some people, the sensitive one for others, the goofy one for the rest! My closest friends and my husband see it all. It's hard to break out of those roles. (Hmmm, come to think of it, that sounds like a novel theme!)

I can always trust the deepest stuff with my best friend - we've known each other since 10th grade! - and my husband.holly cupalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15012572116406283386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2632611338168133022.post-38926153594569618632010-08-16T12:29:51.591-07:002010-08-16T12:29:51.591-07:00Close friends, my husband (yay!). I have a really good friend who always tells me that I can open up to her, and she'll listen. And I know she will. But I've just never been able to do it. I think it's because I enjoy being "the fun one" too much, and I feel like if I unburden myself on someone then I stop being "the fun one." So I just hold it in. Sometimes that's good, sometimes it's not. Luckily, I've always had my mom who doesn't care if I'm fun or not. :)Enna Isileehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15060181766305720582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2632611338168133022.post-86817696793065870602010-08-16T07:13:13.296-07:002010-08-16T07:13:13.296-07:00I sing. True, I sing when I'm extremely happy or sad or any time inbetween, but my mood dictates what songs I sing, because they help me heal.Little Willowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17058463472836988047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2632611338168133022.post-92030364631057368132010-08-16T06:58:17.490-07:002010-08-16T06:58:17.490-07:00I kind of just distract myself with books and comp...I kind of just distract myself with books and computer and friends and music.
